	Joseph A. Miller, III, PE, PLS President and Principal Engineer Joey Miller has over 20 years of experience in land surveying and civil engineering. He has been with MTM since receiving his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University in 1982. He assumed the responsibility of directing the firm in 1999 when his father, Joseph A. Miller, Jr., P.E. retired. Areas of expertise include: land planning; rezoning; and commercial, industrial, and residential subdivision layout and design. Notable project experience includes: Hawkridge subdivision, Phases 1–3; Red Mountain Synfuel Plant; UA Child Development Center; Cahaba Valley Park North; Avondale Commercial Park; Avondale Gardens/Alethia House. John B. Cornett, PLS Vice President and Project Engineer John Cornett has more than 30 years of experience with civil engineering and land surveying. His specialties include: ALTA/ACSM “As-Built”, Topographic and Boundary Surveys, as well as subdivision layout. Notable project experience includes: ALTA/ACSM surveys of Watermark Place, Pepper Place, and Eastwood Mall. Bryan S. Pressnell, EIT Project Engineer Bryan Pressnell has been with MTM for more than 5 years. Began working part time in 1998 while pursuing his degree in Civil Engineering at UAB. He began doing design work by the end of his junior year. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UAB in December of 2000. He has become familiar and has experience with most all services provided by MTM. His plans are to receive his PE registration in 2005.
